Top Chef Masters Premiere Party

Topchefmasters

Top Chef Masters Premiere Parties! The highly anticipated premiere of Bravo's Top Chef Masters, with our very own Chef Mary Sue Milliken competing, is less than a week away! And with viewing parties on Wednesday, April 6 at Border Grill Santa Monica, Border Grill Downtown LA, and Border Grill Las Vegas we're making it easy and so very fun to sip margaritas, munch on tacos, and watch as 12 world-renowned chefs engage in fierce culinary competition.

Free Parking for Downtown Residents
Making Border Grill Downtown LA your favorite neighborhood restaurant is easier than ever now with free parking at dinner for Downtown Los Angeles residents. Parking is a snap in the Union Bank garage, then just show us your ID with a Downtown zip code, and the rest is pure deliciousness.

The NEW Border Brunch

Introducing the NEW Border Brunch at Border Grill Las Vegas every Saturday and Sunday from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. at Mandalay Bay Resort & Casino! With one low price--$24.99--and so many dishes served as individual small plates, this all-you-can eat fiesta features Yucatan Egg Benedict, Breakfast Enchilada, Coconut French Toast, Chipotle Shrimp BLT, and more. Another $5 gets you free-flowing mimosas or one of Border Grill’s award-winning Border Margaritas, and better yet, join our VIP Club and take advantage of an exclusive offer to enjoy this casual, poolside brunch.
For The Love of Chard
Swiss chard, milder and more delicate tasting than other hearty greens, is one of Mary Sue and Susan's all time favorites. In their Fettuccini with Swiss Chard and Aged Goat Cheese, it's steamed to bring out true flavor, but Mary Sue and Susan also love to serve chard seared quickly, with a little olive oil, salt, pepper, and a touch of lemon. At Border Grill, they've converted so many people to diehard greens eaters, we even have kids asking for them!

Border Grill Truck: Food Festival Weekend
Meet the Border Grill Truck and try the best gourmet tacos in town this weekend at the Santa Anita Food Truck Festival and the TruckIt Fest. First up, it's horse races, live music, and Carne Asada Tacos at Santa Anita on Saturday, April 2 from 11 a.m. to 5 p.m. Then on Sunday, April 3, TruckIt Fest hits Union Station from 11 a.m. to 5 p.m., including artisan vendors, live music, and a beer and wine terrace. All we can say is yum and don't forget to try the Churro Tots!
